Customer Feedback & Business Development Support Intern

About the role

This 2‑month internship supports a structured customer feedback process for a medical devices company. You will call existing healthcare clients, ask prepared questions, and accurately record their responses for internal analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Call existing customers and healthcare clients to gather feedback on products and services.
• Ask predefined questions, document each response accurately, and log feedback in Excel.
• Prepare and share compiled feedback reports with relevant internal teams.
• Identify recurring concerns or patterns and flag them to your supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and company information.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence making professional phone calls.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, telesales, market research or call‑based work is an advantage.
