Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

The Customer Relationship Executive will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving revenue through effective contract delivery and business‑as‑usual activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day BAU activities on assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as the first point of contact, handling inquiries, complaints and escalations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the customer organization.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business and operational needs.
• Support integration of new IDEMIA products or services.
• Coordinate product/service requests, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Monitor contracts, SLAs and performance metrics, providing regular reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate across internal teams.
• Provide customer insights to sales for forecasting and account planning.
