Customer Retention Specialist (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to design and execute data‑driven strategies that boost repeat purchases, lower churn, and increase Customer Lifetime Value for fast‑growing e‑commerce brands. This fully remote position works closely with brand partners to craft personalized journeys that drive long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel retention campaigns across email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify churn signals and create targeted interventions.
• Design, implement, and optimize win‑back campaigns for lapsed customers.
• Manage and improve loyalty and rewards programs to raise enrollment and redemption rates.
• Support subscription‑based brands by refining onboarding, renewal, and cancellation experiences.
• Track and report key metrics such as CLV, repeat purchase rate, and churn rate using CRM tools.
• Segment audiences for advanced targeting and personalization.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer retention, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty program management.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce retention strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
