Customer Retention Specialist – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a data‑driven Customer Retention Specialist to help fast‑growing e‑commerce brands boost repeat purchases and reduce churn. Working remotely, you will design personalized, multi‑channel campaigns that increase Customer Lifetime Value and foster long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel retention campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty programs) to drive repeat purchases.
• Analyze customer behavior, identify churn signals, and create targeted interventions for at‑risk shoppers.
• Design win‑back initiatives to reactivate former customers.
• Manage and optimize loyalty and rewards programs to improve enrollment and redemption.
• Support subscription‑based brands by refining onboarding, renewal, and cancellation flows.
• Track and report core metrics such as CLV, repeat purchase rate, and churn rate using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer retention, CRM, lifecycle or loyalty marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce retention strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to segment audiences and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
