Customer Sales Executive (International Outbound)

About the role

A full-time, on-site position for a B2B Sales Service Representative focused on international outbound sales, based in Gulistan-e-Johar and Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. It is a calling-first role combining outbound and inbound calls, with structured training, transparent commission and a promotion path for top performers.

Key responsibilities

• Run targeted outbound campaigns to international B2B prospects and handle inbound interest
• Qualify leads, negotiate terms and close contracts that generate measurable revenue
• Meet weekly activity targets (50+ qualified outreach touches) and turn the pipeline into closed deals
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and activity log, following a 3:1 prospect-to-pipeline guideline
• Nurture client relationships to drive renewals and retention
• Take part in daily sales huddles, call coaching and continuous performance improvement

Required profile

• 1+ year of international B2B sales, outbound sales or client acquisition experience (BPO or outbound roles considered)
• Professional English, verbal and written (C1/C2 level)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Available for the fixed night shift (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM) and able to work on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar
