Customer Sales Representative (CSR)

About the role

Tameer.ai, an AI-powered construction and real estate platform, is hiring a Customer Sales Representative in Lahore. The role handles inbound and outbound sales, follows up with leads, explains the products and services and converts prospects into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, chat, email and social media.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and marketing campaigns.
• Explain Tameer.ai features and service packages to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs, qualify leads and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
• Upsell or cross-sell relevant services when appropriate.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the marketing and product teams.
• Support promotional campaigns and new customer onboarding.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate or a related field preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales or real estate sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a confident, persuasive personality.

Required skills

• Basic CRM knowledge.

Work location near Expo, Johar Town, Lahore; working hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Stated monthly pay is PKR 30,000 to 50,000.
