About the role

Join Markaz Point as a Customer Sales Representative Intern and help promote software solutions to businesses across Pakistan. This three‑month remote internship offers hands‑on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms.
• Introduce and explain software products to business owners.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule software demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the team.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
• Confident speaking with customers over phone and chat.
• Basic computer and internet literacy.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
