Customer Sales Representative

About the role

Sensible BPO is seeking energetic, target‑driven individuals to join our sales team as Customer Sales Representatives. You will engage UK‑based customers via outbound calls, promote financial claim assistance services, and help generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the United Kingdom.
• Explain and promote financial claim assistance services.
• Identify interest, nurture leads, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
• Record all interactions accurately using CRM tools.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets in a performance‑oriented environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or BPO (UK campaign experience preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence handling objections and converting leads.
• Self‑motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑oriented setting.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
