Customer Sales Representative

About the role

The Customer Sales Representative will work on‑site in Islamabad, connecting prospective clients with real‑estate investment opportunities offered by 3X Capital Real Estate. This full‑time position involves outbound calling, presenting property options, and guiding prospects to the sales team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and present suitable property investments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication of relevant information.
• Collaborate with the advisory team in Dubai to provide up‑to‑date investment details.
• Handle multiple client inquiries while meeting daily call targets.

Required profile

• Proven customer service and sales experience, preferably with lead follow‑up in the US market.
• 1‑2 years of experience in outbound telecalls.
• Basic knowledge of real‑estate or investment products.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad, manage time effectively and handle multiple inquiries.
• A‑levels or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field is preferred.
