Customer Sales Representative

About the role

The Institute of Corporate Finance and Taxation is seeking a proactive Customer Sales Representative to expand its client base for a range of services including business registration, tax filing, licensing, and professional training across Pakistan. You will work remotely, identifying and engaging prospective individuals, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and businesses to match them with appropriate consultancy or training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through local networking, referrals, market research and approved outreach activities.
• Generate qualified leads for services such as NTN registration, income tax returns, company registration, trademark filing, import‑export licensing and related courses.
• Explain the institute’s tax, registration, licensing and training offerings clearly in English and local languages.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, client requirements and outcomes using spreadsheets and office tools.
• Achieve a minimum target of 15 new customers per month and earn commission based on performance.

Required profile

• Strong prospecting, lead‑generation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local languages.
• Confidence in networking with entrepreneurs, freelancers, shop owners and established businesses.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficient use of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) for tracking leads and data.
• Familiarity with basic office software and messaging tools.
