Customer Sales Representative

About the role

As a Customer Sales Representative you will be responsible for selling property units, visiting clients, understanding their requirements and giving demonstrations while ensuring deals are closed. You will act as the face of Zameen.com to provide a simple and seamless experience for each customer. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate property information and support the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and brief them on relevant property units.
• Provide demonstrations, conduct site visits and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Follow up with clients to track evolving requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Ensure clients are thoroughly briefed about property options.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passionate about sales with a focus on customer service.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong communication skills.
