Customer Sales Representative

About the role

OPT Link Hub is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Representative in Lahore. The representative identifies and engages prospective clients, understands their IT and BPO needs and presents tailored service solutions such as call center support, back-office services and digital marketing. The role covers the entire sales cycle, from first contact to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, and conduct sales calls and in-person meetings
• Deliver presentations and proposals and manage the sales cycle through to contract closure
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and coordinate with internal service teams for smooth onboarding
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide regular sales reports and represent the company professionally at events and client visits

Required profile

• Experience using CRM software and basic productivity tools (spreadsheets, word processing, email)
• Knowledge of IT services, BPO, call center operations and digital marketing is highly beneficial
• Prior experience in sales, business development or account management is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment
