Customer Sales Representative – Night Shift (Outbound & Inbound)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing agency as a Customer Sales Representative working the US night shift. You will engage qualified driver candidates, pitch US transportation opportunities, and connect them with our recruitment closers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to driver candidates, presenting US trucking opportunities and generating interest.
• Conduct pre‑screening assessments to qualify candidates and evaluate fit.
• Pass qualified leads to recruitment closers for final evaluation and placement.
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing engagement with candidates throughout the pipeline.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume, contact rates, and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, cold calling or CSR roles, preferably with US campaigns or international call centers.
• Excellent verbal English communication with strong persuasion, active listening, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Willingness and reliability to work the US night shift (6 PM – 3 AM, Monday‑Friday).
• Goal‑oriented, resilient, and highly motivated to achieve targets in a competitive environment.
