Customer Sales Representative - Remote

About the role

Join Kingdom Trip as a Customer Sales Representative, working remotely to promote travel packages, answer inquiries, and close sales. You will handle inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring high service standards while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, qualifying leads and converting prospects into bookings.
• Present travel products, promotions, and pricing, aiming to achieve individual monthly sales targets.
• Record sales activity and customer contacts accurately in the CRM system.
• Resolve booking issues and coordinate with operations for confirmations and changes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel packages, pricing, promotions, and policies.
• Work assigned shifts, including availability for U.S. night shifts when scheduled.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant sales or customer‑service experience, or 2+ years in travel, hospitality, or contact‑center roles.
• Proven ability to sell services or travel products via phone or chat and meet monthly targets.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities for booking changes and complaints.
• Availability to work U.S. night shifts as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or equivalent experience (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and call‑logging tools.
• Basic sales reporting and data entry.
• Computer literacy including web browsers, email, and video‑conferencing platforms.
