Customer Sales Representative – Travel Campaign

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our UK Travel Campaign as Customer Sales Representatives. You will handle travel‑related inquiries, support bookings, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel information.
• Provide accurate details on travel packages, flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Resolve concerns and complaints while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and campaign guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, satisfaction).
• Stay informed about travel products, promotions, and company updates.

Required profile

• Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 0–6 months experience in customer service, call centre, or related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills and a positive attitude.
