About the role
Brandix Soft is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative to drive sales growth in the UK and US markets. The role focuses on building strong relationships with customers through cold‑calling, delivering tailored sales strategies, and achieving defined targets.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers via cold calls.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the UK and US markets.
- Engage customers through calls and virtual meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage and optimise customer interactions throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Matric/O‑Level qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
