Customer Sales Specialist – CSR / Cold Calling Agent

About the role

Allianz Call Center is seeking motivated Customer Sales Specialists to join its outbound sales team. The role involves contacting potential clients in GCC countries and presenting the NAGA trading platform, following approved scripts and compliance guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in GCC markets.
• Introduce and explain the features of the NAGA trading platform.
• Handle client questions, objections and follow‑up inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate call logs and client records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with team leaders on client follow‑ups and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or call‑center environments (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic or GCC‑market experience is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment and meet performance metrics.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 80,000 per month, based on experience.
• Full‑time day shift from 10:30 AM to 8:45 PM, on‑site at the Allianz Call Center, ISE Tower.
