Customer Service Executive

About the role

Bagallery is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Executive to join its Karachi office. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely assistance across phone, email, chat and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and social platforms.
• Handle order‑related issues, complaints, returns and follow‑up on pending cases.
• Provide accurate information on products, promotions and company policies.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and marketing teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and track satisfaction metrics.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to service standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• High school diploma required; a degree in business, communications or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
