Customer Service & Logistics Intern

About the role

Join Mondelēz International for a summer internship where you will support customer service and logistics functions in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment. This full‑time role lasts 6–8 weeks and offers hands‑on experience with data analysis and supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer service and logistics operations within the FMCG environment.
• Assist in data collection, analysis and reporting using Power BI.
• Work with SQL queries to extract and manipulate large data sets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• Currently in the 3rd or final year of a Supply Chain Management degree.
• Passion for the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with high learning agility.
• Available for a full‑time summer internship of 6–8 weeks.
