About the role

Zameen.com is seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer – Sales to join its real‑estate team. You will act as the face of the company, guiding clients through property selections and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and brief them on relevant property units.
• Conduct property demonstrations, site visits and support clients through the decision‑making process.
• Close deals in a timely manner while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Passion for sales and a strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
