Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the company database.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest service improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex concerns.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Effective time‑management skills to handle multiple interactions.
