Customer Service Representative – Abandoned Cart

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to handle abandoned‑cart follow‑ups for our e‑commerce operations in Karachi. The role focuses on engaging customers through chat, email and phone, persuading them to complete their purchases while delivering a courteous and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers who have left items in their online cart without completing the purchase.
• Communicate via chat, email and phone in a polite, professional manner.
• Address basic queries, overcome objections and guide customers to finalize orders.
• Maintain accurate records of follow‑ups, conversions and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Confident, polite and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle repetitive follow‑ups with patience.
• Willingness to learn and improve sales communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
