About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team in Karachi. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries related to investment solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
Provide assistance to customers regarding investment solutions.
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
Adhere to compliance and data‑protection guidelines.
Work flexible shifts (24/7) to meet service demand.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Required profile

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably financial or mutual‑funds industry.
Ability to communicate clearly in English.
Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
