Customer Service Representative – Construction Projects

About the role

Beta Associates, a construction firm based in Rawalpindi, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as the main liaison between clients, site teams and office staff. The role ensures smooth communication, timely follow‑up on client requests and accurate documentation throughout construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Log, track and follow up on client requests and complaints, escalating technical or site issues to supervisors.
• Coordinate appointments, site visits and meetings between clients and on‑site staff; prepare and distribute meeting notes.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, contracts, change requests and service orders in company systems or manual logbooks.
• Prepare routine correspondence, status updates and support billing‑related documentation.
• Provide occasional after‑hours client coordination and attend on‑site as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage follow‑ups and handle multiple client requests under time constraints.
• Reliability, punctual attendance and willingness to travel locally.
• Preferred experience in construction or site‑based industries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word.
