Customer Service Representative (CSR)

About the role

GCE-Academy, a leading tutor academy in Pakistan, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team. You will be the first point of contact for parents, students, and tutors, handling inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls while promoting the academy's home and online tuition services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Engage professionally with parents, students, and tutors.
• Explain and guide customers about home and online tuition offerings.
• Follow up with potential leads and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Accurately record and update customer information and inquiry details.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or A‑Levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
• Strong typing speed and proficiency with WhatsApp Web and basic computer applications.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
