Customer Service Representative (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are expanding our call centre in Karachi and are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to join the evening shift. The role is ideal for individuals with prior call‑centre experience who are passionate about delivering high‑quality customer interactions while adhering to compliance and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory compliance during every interaction.
• Participate in quality evaluations and support quality‑assurance initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain reports on call metrics, performance and quality standards.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and suggest recommendations.
• Document customer communications accurately and meet productivity, attendance, quality and performance targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call centre or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and follow procedures.
• Willingness to work the assigned evening shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) on‑site.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency with standard business applications.
