About the role

Hostnext Technologies is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join its on‑site support team in Islamabad. This full‑time position works the morning shift and offers a competitive monthly salary. The role focuses on delivering excellent service through phone, email and chat interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong English language proficiency for phone and chat support.
• Ability to maintain detailed customer records.
• Entry‑level to experienced candidates with relevant CRM experience are welcome.
