About the role
Consultisor is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative intern to join its on‑site team in Karachi. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to company registration, accounting, formation and taxation services, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
- Provide clear information about Consultisor’s services and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer‑facing roles is a plus.
