About the role
We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support across phone, email and other channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service via phone, email and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Use our CRM system to log interactions, track tickets and maintain accurate customer records.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through product solutions.
- Handle complaints and conflicts with empathy, aiming for positive outcomes.
- Prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and meet service level targets.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional phone etiquette and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
