Customer Service Representative

About the role

Biz Outsource is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Faisalabad. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails and messages while delivering prompt, professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve issues efficiently.
• Record and track all interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to established procedures.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of the customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
• Professional, courteous demeanor with a commitment to inclusive interactions.
• Ability to work on‑site in Faisalabad, manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Relevant education or training in business, communications or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills
