Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will work full‑time, remotely, delivering responsive and high‑quality support to Virexa’s clients and their customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve issues promptly and document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with appointment setters and virtual assistants to ensure accurate information flow.
• Monitor customer feedback and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain a consistent, professional customer experience across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar client‑facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort working in a remote, digital‑first environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams across global time zones.
• Experience in an agency, startup, or service‑based business is a plus.
