Customer Service Representative

About the role

Hirestaff.ai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver high‑quality support to its United States customers. The ideal candidate will have a clear American accent, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to handle a high volume of inquiries across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and general questions.
• Resolve issues with empathy, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow communication protocols, internal guidelines, and company policies.
• Build strong rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and industry trends relevant to US customers.

Required profile

• Clear, natural American accent (assessment required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a US call‑center or BPO environment.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide logical, efficient solutions.
• Excellent active‑listening skills and composure under pressure.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to work mandatory night shifts.
