Customer Service Representative / Move Dispatcher (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative and Move Dispatcher to support a U.S.-based moving company. Working remotely from Pakistan, you will be the primary voice for American customers and the coordinator for moving crews, ensuring smooth operations across the entire move lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, provide accurate estimates, and close sales on the spot.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with a professional, American‑facing phone presence.
• Schedule moves, assign crews, and manage real‑time issues such as delays or access problems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and ensure all move details are documented.
• Communicate clearly with movers, drivers, management, and customers to keep everyone informed.

Required profile

• Clear, neutral‑accented spoken English that builds trust within seconds.
• Can‑do attitude with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Self‑learner who quickly picks up new tools and processes.
• Highly reliable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision.
• Team player who coordinates smoothly with multiple stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Eager to grow responsibilities and earnings.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM software.
