Customer Service Representative / Move Dispatcher (Remote)

About the role

Frillsoft Ltd. is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative who will also act as a Move Dispatcher for a U.S.-based moving company. The position is fully remote, working from Pakistan, and requires handling inbound calls from American customers while coordinating moving crews in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, provide estimates, resolve inquiries and close sales.
• Schedule moves, assign crews, and manage real‑time changes such as delays or access issues.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and keep all move details up to date.
• Communicate clearly with customers, movers, drivers and management throughout each relocation.

Required profile

• Fluent, neutral‑accented spoken English that builds trust quickly.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Calm under pressure, organized and able to juggle multiple moves simultaneously.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow and take on more responsibility.
