Customer Service Representative – Night Shift (English)

About the role

ReallTime is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Lahore on the night shift. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email and chat while delivering clear, courteous assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate information, resolve queries promptly and document each contact.
• Follow established procedures and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain high service standards, monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality for night‑shift schedules.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Fluent English speaking and writing with a neutral accent.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Reliable attendance for night‑shift work on‑site in Lahore.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; further education in communications or business is a plus.

Required skills
