Customer Service Representative – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s night‑shift call centre. You will be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls, delivering a premium experience and upholding the brand’s reputation during evening and early‑morning hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy and accuracy.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Provide clear, concise information to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships by understanding needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Maintain composure during complex or sensitive interactions.
• Adapt to night‑shift schedules (7:00 PM‑4:00 AM or 8:00 PM‑5:00 AM) with rotational days off.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer support or client service.
• Strong client‑service orientation and ability to deliver high‑touch experiences.
• Comfortable working night shifts with scheduled days off.
• Detail‑oriented, patient and able to handle high‑volume or sensitive interactions.
• Self‑motivated and committed to excellent client satisfaction.
