Customer Service Representative – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our in‑house US operations. The position works the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) and involves handling inbound and outbound queries from our US customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Provide professional solutions and accurate information to US‑based clients.
• Use premium CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot to log interactions and track cases.
• Maintain high quality standards measured by CSAT and QA scores.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or American accent (non‑negotiable).
• At least 6 months experience in an international BPO or customer service role.
• Willingness to work the night shift (6 PM – 2 AM).
• Based in Gulistan‑e‑Johar Block 14 or Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal Block 13C, Karachi.
