Customer Service Representative (On Site, English Speaking)

ReallTime is looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative in Lahore. The company builds customer loyalty by anticipating needs and delivering customized, timely solutions with a personal touch. The role handles incoming customer inquiries and resolves issues quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, giving accurate information and resolving issues in a timely way.
• Document customer interactions and follow established procedures.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by listening carefully, offering tailored solutions and following up until resolved.
• Work with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share feedback.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English; prior customer-facing experience is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Experience managing customer experience and building long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site setting with consistent attendance and reliability.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with customer service or CRM tools.
