Customer Service Representative – Onsite (Faisalabad)

About the role

Flaship is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join its logistics platform team in Faisalabad. The role involves handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and chat, and ensuring smooth parcel booking and delivery tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp and chat.
• Assist customers with parcel booking, tracking, and delivery status updates.
• Resolve complaints and delivery‑related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to address shipment problems.
• Follow up on delayed, returned, or unsuccessful deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of complaints, queries and resolutions.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their shipments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre, logistics or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Urdu with strong communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM or customer support tools.
• Experience using WhatsApp for business communication.
