Customer Service Representative – UK/USA Sales (Custom Boxes)

About the role

We are seeking energetic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our UK/USA sales campaign focused on custom boxes. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls with clients in the United Kingdom and United States, providing support and driving sales from our Lahore office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls for UK and USA clients.
• Assist customers with custom box orders, answer inquiries, and provide product information.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer support throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Prior call‑center experience (preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong client‑dealing and sales orientation.
• Confident, target‑driven, and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work the evening shift aligned with UK/USA business hours.
