Customer Service Representative - US Logistics Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage US‑based last‑mile logistics from our Karachi hub. The role involves coordinating drivers, handling delivery schedules and ensuring smooth communication with US clients while working in rotating night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers to plan and optimise pickup and delivery schedules.
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery centre, monitoring load distribution and route planning.
• Resolve delivery‑related issues, delays and escalations promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and ensure timely load management.
• Communicate effectively with US clients and internal teams in English.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last‑mile operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work rotational night shifts (4 PM–1 AM or 12 AM–9 AM) six days a week.
• Proven problem‑solving and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (verbal and written).
