Customer Service Representative – US Support (Night Shift)

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal office. The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers during the night shift (6 PM‑2 AM) and delivering a high‑quality, people‑first support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming US‑based customer queries via phone.
• Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and manage follow‑up actions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases according to established procedures.
• Meet attendance and performance targets, including monthly incentives.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM‑2 AM, Monday‑Saturday).
• Patient, calm under pressure and customer‑focused attitude.
• Prior experience in call‑center or BPO environments is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
