Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Karachi, providing assistance to clients of an insurance company. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, processing orders and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Process orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update customer accounts.
• Perform administrative duties to support the customer service department.
• Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues.

Required profile

• Effective communication and active listening skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Proven experience in the insurance industry with a solid understanding of the market.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
