Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s team in Karachi. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders and delivering accurate product information while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process orders and provide detailed product information.
• Maintain and update customer accounts.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the customer service department.
• Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Proven experience in the insurance industry and solid understanding of the insurance market.
