Propstar Technologies is expanding its team and looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is confident, customer‑focused, and passionate about delivering a positive customer experience. You will respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution while maintaining positive relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer queries
• Maintain positive and professional customer relationships
• Follow up on customer requests and unresolved issues
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer handling and problem‑solving abilities
• Professional, patient, and customer‑oriented approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous customer service, call center, or BPO experience is an advantage
