About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist you will handle post‑sale communication with US‑based clients, answer onboarding queries, complete service questionnaires and help maintain high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct follow‑up communications with existing US clients
- Address post‑sale customer queries efficiently
- Complete service questionnaires and keep clear interaction logs
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- High school diploma or university student pursuing ongoing education
- Solution‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to a full‑time, long‑term on‑site role
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month
- Attendance allowance PKR 3,000 per month
- Performance incentive PKR 5,000 – 15,000 per month (post‑training)
- Provident Fund (PF) and 15 days paid annual leave
- Fixed night‑shift schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (no rotations)
