Customer Service Support Specialist

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to act as the primary link between US customers and vehicle logistics operations. The role is non‑scripted, requires quick thinking and strong English communication, and is based 100 % on‑site in Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time support to US customers and truck drivers regarding logistics queries.
• Use premium US CRM and logistics tracking software to monitor shipments and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on pending cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to think analytically and handle complex logistical questions without a script.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in international support, or fresh graduates with strong logical skills.
• Willingness to work the permanent evening shift (6 PM – 2 AM, Monday‑Saturday).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and logistics tracking tools (specific platforms not required).
