About the role
We are looking for a Customer Services Officer to join PostEx’s Lahore team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications across phone, email and chat, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information. You will work in a fast‑paced environment focused on maintaining high service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer calls, respond to emails and live‑chat queries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets (KPIs).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold service quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Good problem‑solving abilities and strong listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
