Customer Services Representative

About the role

Our client, Flowtel Networks, is looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their Lahore office. The role involves interacting with customers through phone, email and face‑to‑face, ensuring their queries are answered promptly and issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person.
• Handle and resolve complaints, providing accurate and complete information.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Maintain records of interactions, manage customer accounts and file documents.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a customer service or client service role.
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Full‑time availability on‑site during business hours.
