About the role
We are seeking a Customer Services Specialist to join our international CX team. You will be the frontline point of contact, helping customers resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience that drives quality assurance scores.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance service competitiveness.
- Communicate updates, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to quality assurance metrics.
Required profile
- Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving ability.
- Capable of explaining technical information in simple terms.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
